1. About us

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bombay 2 Goa website and any orders placed through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Online ordering

• Orders placed via our website are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if an item is unavailable.
• All prices displayed are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We offer dine-in and collection only. We do not offer home delivery.
• Estimated collection times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• You must be 18 or over to order alcohol. By adding alcoholic items to your cart, you confirm you are of legal drinking age. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request valid photo ID on collection.

3. Allergens & dietary information

Our kitchen handles the following allergens: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide / sulphites, lupin and molluscs.

While we take reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens. If you have a serious allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us directly before ordering on 0113 513 5972 or info@bombay2goa.co.uk.

4. Reservation offers & promotions

Seasonal offers and reservation promotions are described on our offers page. Each offer is governed by the specific terms stated with it, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without notice.

5. Table reservations

• Table reservations are managed via OpenTable and are subject to availability.
• We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the booked time. After that, we cannot guarantee the table.
• For parties of 9 or more, please call us directly to arrange a private dining experience.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or service at our discretion.

6. Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed in-restaurant or against online orders of equal or greater value.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Bombay 2 Goa reserves the right to cancel or refuse vouchers obtained fraudulently.

7. Cancellations & refunds

• If you wish to cancel an online order, please call us immediately on 0113 513 5972. Once food preparation has begun we may not be able to cancel.
• If your order arrives incorrect or you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the matter, which may include a refund or replacement.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Bombay 2 Goa or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bombay 2 Goa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
