Why Goa at Christmas

Christmas here isn't borrowed.

Goa spent four and a half centuries under Portuguese rule, and Christmas came with it. It never left. Along that coast it is still the great feast of the year: houses lit through the night, kitchens turning out sweets made at no other time.

For a few weeks each December, that table is laid in Headingley.

Need to Know

Is a deposit required for the Christmas Feast?

Only for tables of 6 or more: a flat £20 for 6 to 10 guests, £30 for 11 to 15 guests, £50 for 16 or more guests, per table rather than per person. It's paid by card when you book, taken off your final bill if you're with us, and non-refundable if you're not.

How far ahead should I book the Christmas Feast?

As early as you can - Christmas is our busiest season, and larger groups and weekend dates go first. Online booking opens up to 3 months ahead; for anything further out, call us on 0113 513 5972.

Do you cater for allergies, vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan options are available across the Christmas menu, and we can accommodate most allergies with advance notice - just add the details when you book.

What are your festive opening hours?

We follow our normal opening hours through the festive period and remain closed on Tuesdays. Call 0113 513 5972 to check availability on a specific date, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year.

Before you book

No deposit under 6 guests

Book straight away with nothing to pay up front, and settle the whole bill on the night.

One flat fee per table

£20 for 6 to 10 guests, £30 for 11 to 15 guests, £50 for 16 or more guests. Paid by card when you book, on Stripe's own secure page. We never see your card details.

Off your final bill

It comes off your total on the night if you're with us. If the party doesn't show, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.

Book by Friday 11 December to be sure of your table.

December fills from the weekends inwards. The earlier you tell us, the better we can sit you.
